What if my HOA requires special permission?
We work with many HOA’s. But some require certain insurance information. Please check with us and your HOA first.
How do I get a consultation and quote for my project?
Most services are charged at a fixed rate based on the images you provide. If additional services are required, we will provide a second estimate on-site. For projects that need an in-person evaluation before quoting, we charge a minimum labor fee of $120, which can be applied to any work we perform.
Our services are generally charged at a fixed price unless otherwise agreed upon. We provide written estimates upon request, and the quoted labor cost will not change unless the scope of services changes.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes. We have minimum service charge of $120 labor which is applied to services rendered.
